FULL DESCRIPTION

With summer on its way are you tempted to go on a radical, practically starve yourself, type of meal plan to shift a few pounds and get into your summer holiday clothes……..then stop!  Instead why not try this instead.

Extreme diets can actually be very damaging to health and ultimately see you gaining weight back and sometimes a little more on top.  They are often restrictive and focus on calorie counting and scant portions.  This is not the way to live well and lose weight.

As the 4th course in this series it’s a great opportunity to put the learnings from the first 3 courses into practise using a recipe booklet that is packed with easy, simple, seasonal AND tasty recipes to help you and your family to eat really well in the run up to the summer holidays.

It is actually more important to count nutrients rather than calories as it is the nutrients that allow your body to work optimally.  You’ll also learn the how and when is best to eat to lose weight….we’ve all heard of intermittent fasting but which one might be right for you?!

This plan isn’t a quick fix radical diet but more a kick start healthy eating plan.  Others who have completed this course have reported good healthy weight loss over the 3 weeks and an increase in energy, happiness and general wellbeing

In this 21 day online course you’ll receive an online meal planner and downloadable recipe booklet.  You’ll  be supported daily through videos, handouts and guided exercises to help you with this plan.  Together we will go through a process to discover, understand and learn how to eat well.

Here’s what we will cover:

WEEK 1 – sets the course intensions and we discuss rules, exercise and the importance of nutrients

WEEK 2 – we focus on portion control, balancing nutrients and hydration

WEEK 3 – we focus on snacking, how to manage summer gatherings and how to keep the good work up

  • Access to a food logging app or a note book
