How often do you stand in front of the fridge wondering what on earth you can cook for dinner with the ingredients you have and the kids telling you every few minutes how “starving” they are?  Do you know what food you actually have in the cupboards, fridge and freezer?  Do you feel that you are spending an enormous amount of food each week and still need to top up shop several times?  Do you have to cook multiple meals each night because of fussy eaters?  If this sounds familiar then this course is perfect for you.

The word “meal planning” can send shivers up people’s spine.  I hear constantly that people hate the idea. I’m told that it takes flexibility and spontaneity out of your life and sounds like a long and boring task……I hear you BUT meal planning is a simple process that actually saves you time and money, reduces waste and, if done properly, does allow you the flexibility that you crave!  I promise!

Pleasing multiple members of the household is also hard work – I know from first-hand experience how challenging it can be.  But what if I told you that you can minimise the number of meals you cook each night – how amazing would that be?

Do you worry about the health of the whole family and want to help them eat well but keep coming up against resistance or don’t want to be talking about “diets” in front of children?
