Are you tired or feeling tired all the time?  Do you long for a day when you have the energy that you used to?  Do you describe yourself as someone who is “functioning but frazzled”?  What if I told you that you don’t have to feel like that?  What if there was a simple way to boost your energy and to keep it stable throughout the day so that you can get through the day with energy to spare….wouldn’t that be amazing!

The great news is that there is a way and this 21 day course takes you on a journey of discovery to find out what is sabotaging your energy currently and what you can do about it.  Energy balance is predominantly about blood glucose control and there are simple diet and lifestyle factors that can help in keeping blood glucose more balanced.  It’s not complex or particularly challenging especially if you’ve already worked through course 1 and 2!

In this 21 day online course you’ll be supported daily through videos, handouts and guided exercises to break free from your energy rollercoaster.  Together we will go through a process to discover, understand and alter the habits that are sabotaging your energy potential.

Here’s what we will cover:

WEEK 1 – sets the course intensions and we discover what dietary and lifestyle factors are jeopardising your energy levels currently.

WEEK 2 – we learn about sugar and how to reduce levels in your diet whilst still being able to indulge in some of your much-loved foods.

WEEK 3 – we learn and practise how to establish new routines and limit lifestyle factors that aren’t serving you
