Are you tired of trying to make new and positive changes to your health only to find yourself exactly back to where you started?  Do you want to break free from the old habits that are no longer serving you and are holding you back?

Understanding the emotional connections that we have with our unhealthy habits is a big part of making changes and making these changes is actually easier than you might think.  Once you understand their triggers and the process of behaviour change, you’ll be able to implement new and healthier ones in their place

In this 21 day online course you’ll be supported daily through videos, handouts and guided exercises to break free from your unhealthy habits and destructive behaviours.  Together we will go through a process to discover, understand and alter your habits.

Here’s what we will cover:

WEEK 1 – sets the course intensions and we complete various exercises to discover what unhealthy habits you have and what healthy habits you are striving for

WEEK 2 – we learn about habit triggers and reward systems

WEEK 3 – we learn how to set new habits and the advice for supporting these new habits in the early days as they become longer term

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be over 18
  • Have an open mind and be willing to embrace the process – this is not a quick fix solution and will need full engagement
  • Access to a food logging app or a note book
