How It Works
Our work together starts with a 90-minute consultation, either in person or online.
Using a completed health questionnaire as a basis, I’ll take time to understand your full health picture, including your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals, so we can create a nutrition plan that genuinely supports you.
Your personalised plan may include:
• Food and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your needs
• Guidance on balancing meals and supporting digestion
• Supplement advice or recommended tests (if appropriate)
• Email support between sessions for accountability and reassurance
You’ll leave feeling clear, supported, and empowered to make changes that last.

2. Initial Consultation (90 minutes)
A deep dive into your health history, current diet, and lifestyle.
3. Personalised Plan
You’ll receive your tailored nutrition plan within 48 hours of the first appointment
4. Follow-Up Sessions
We’ll review progress, celebrate wins, and make adjustments as your body responds.
All consultations are available online (via zoom) or face to face in Maidenhead, so you can access support wherever you are.
Everyone is different so some need more and some need less than average. Typically most clients benefit from having an initial consultation plus 3 follow up appointments across a 3 month period
Yes, I typically work with women across Berkshire face to face and see other people on zoom from around the UK.
No. My approach is food-positive and realistic. We focus on adding nourishment, not creating restriction, or calorie counting.
There are also no weird ingredients to buy - I look at the foods you currently love and work on improving those.
