HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
The cost is dependent on which of the 12 week packages is best tailored to your needs. The packages start from £400 per person.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
That really does depend on what current health is like and what the health goals are. Also, making changes to your way of eating and allowing time for those changes to potentially make a difference does take time. This is why I see all my clients initially for 12 weeks at a frequency of either either monthly or fortnightly appointments. Many people only need the 12 weeks but lots of my clients do continue to work with me on maintenance programs.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE RESULTS?
Legally I am not allowed to make any guarantees that I can treat or cure you. I am also not able to diagnose conditions.

WHY ARE YOU SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WEIGHT WATCHERS?
Seeing a registered nutritional therapist provides you will fully tailored recommendations that take into account your health and health history. It is not a one size fits all approach and your nutritional therapist will have completed years of training to be able to tailor a nutrition program just for you and your specific needs.
HOW LONG DO SESSIONS LAST?
Your initial consultation will take 90 minutes and then follow up consultations are between 30 minutes and 45 minutes depending on your chosen program.
WILL YOU GIVE ME A MEAL PLAN?
I do not give meal plans as I want to give you control of selecting your meals and give you the flexibility that you need. However, I do provide at least 5-10 suggestions for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks to get you started.
WILL I NEED TO BUY LOTS OF WEIRD INGREDIENTS?
I take into account your food likes and dislikes and also your shopping budget. At times I recommend foods that might me new to you but I will also provide information on where you can buy them and how to prepare them if you are unsure. Trying new foods is optional!
