In just 60 minutes, we’ll uncover what’s really going on, cut through the noise, and create a plan that makes sense for you.

What’s Included

Your Nutritional Power Hour includes:
• A pre-session questionnaire to understand your main goal
• A 60-minute online or in-person consultation
• Targeted advice focused on your priorities (e.g. hormones, digestion, energy, or stress)
• A summary plan with 3–5 clear, actionable recommendations
• Optional add-on: supplement guidance and short-term email check-in

You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a realistic plan you can start using immediately.

How It Works

1. Book Your Session
Choose a time that suits you and complete a short intake form so we can focus on what matters most to you.

2. Your Power Hour Consultation
We’ll meet online or in Maidenhead to discuss your main concerns and goals.

3. Receive Your Personalised Plan
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a concise summary of your recommendations and next steps.

This is a one-off session, but you’re always welcome to continue with follow-up consultations or transition to full [1-to-1 Nutrition Support] later on.

Each Power Hour is tailored to you, but examples include:

You just need to complete the pre appointment questionnaire so that we can get the most out of the session.

You are very welcome to do that - but a power hour is to only discuss one issue in 60 minutes. The full consultation will include much more and is longer. It depends on what your needs are as to which option you choose
