I offer a basic 2 session package for £300. There are also options for 3 month premium packages which start from £475*

The one to one consultations can be in person or online.  My clinic is based in Maidenhead for those local to Berkshire or Buckinghamshire.  Online options are perfect for those people who are further away or it's an option for those who want to be able to see me in their lunch hour etc.

*Built into my nutrition coaching support packages is the highest level of support and hours of ‘behind the scenes’ out of clinic time for me to research and work on your specific case. I use this additional time to understand you and build a fully targeted protocol. I explore your health history, carry out any relevant testing and research to help me identify what may be impacting your current health.  From this you are provided with a personalised plan, which includes nutrition and lifestyle advice plus supplement recommendations if needed.  3 month programs can be paid in installments.
