Every consultation is a space for understanding, clarity, and connection. We’ll look at the bigger picture of your health - not just symptoms - so that your nutrition plan fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.
Whether we meet in person in Maidenhead or online, you’ll always receive the same level of care, attention, and support.

What to Expect

Before Your Appointment

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a comprehensive health questionnaire to complete before your session. You'll also provide a three day food diary

This helps me understand your health history, current symptoms, daily routine, and key goals so we can make the most of our time together.  If you’re taking any supplements or medications, you can list them here too -everything stays completely confidential.

During Your Consultation

We’ll spend around 90 minutes at the initial consultation talking through your health history, lifestyle, and nutrition habits.

This is your time to share what’s been going on - we’ll explore possible triggers, patterns, and areas to focus on, without judgement or pressure.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your body and the first steps toward change.

After Your Consultation

Within 2 working days, you’ll receive your personalised nutrition plan, including:
• Food and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your goals
• Simple, realistic steps to start straight away
• Supplement advice (if appropriate)
• Supporting resources, such as recipes and handouts

Follow-up sessions are available to review your progress, make adjustments, and provide accountability and continued support.

Online and In-Person Consultations

You can choose to see me in person in Maidenhead or online via Zoom.

Both options offer the same structured, personalised approach.
• In-Person: Ideal if you prefer face-to-face connection and a calm, private environment.
• Online: Convenient and flexible, perfect for clients across the UK or those juggling busy schedules.

Follow-Up Sessions

Many clients find that follow-up sessions help them stay consistent and adapt as their body responds.

These can be booked as one-offs or part of an ongoing package depending on your needs.
Follow-up appointments usually last 30-45 minutes and focus on reviewing progress, celebrating wins, and troubleshooting any challenges. You'll receive additional recommendations and supporting resources.

Who You’ll Be Working With

All consultations are personally delivered by Janet, a Registered Nutritional Therapist with specialist training in women’s health.

She’s registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), ensuring safe, evidence-based, and professional support.
