FULL DESCRIPTION

As the weather turns colder and we spend more time indoors the rates of coughs and colds rocket.  It’s hard to go anywhere without hearing coughing and sneezing.  So how can you help your immune system to fight off these bugs?

There are several reasons why we get sick over winter from the impact of the limited sunshine through to the fact that germs are more easily spread when indoors.  Many people don’t realise how fundamental what we consume is to the immune system.  Most people know that Vitamin C is good for helping coughs and colds but do you know the impact of Vitamin D, zinc, antioxidants and probiotic rich foods?  Do you know which foods to eat to get more of these nutrients and which foods that you might already be eating that is stopping the immune system from working so well?

Over 21 days this course will teach you which nutrients are important for boosting the immune system, how to get more of these into your diet and what dietary and lifestyle factors might not be helping your health.  Because, let’s face it, after the winter 2020 we all want to go into this winter feeling like our immune system is as strong as it can possibly be!

WEEK 2 – focuses on getting more of the right nutrients into your diet

WEEK 3 – focuses on dietary and lifestyle factors that might be jeopardising your immunity
