FULL DESCRIPTION

Are you fed up of being ruled by food battles and just want to eat “like a normal person”?  Do you want to break free from the old habits that are no longer serving you and are holding you back?

The emotional connections that we have with foods can really make a difference to how well we are likely to succeed with making changes and becoming healthier.  The ties we have to food and the destructive behaviours they encourage can be exhausting and it is time to take control and break free.  Once you understand these emotional connections and their triggers and the process of behaviour change, you’ll be able to implement finally have a better relationship with food and not be ruled by specific products (even chocolate and crisps!)

In this 21 day online course you’ll be supported daily through videos, handouts and guided exercises to break free from your unhealthy habits and destructive behaviours.  Together we will go through a process to discover, understand and alter your habits.

Here’s what we will cover:

WEEK 1 – sets the course intensions and we discover if you are an emotional eater and some simple tips to help you when making changes.

WEEK 2 – we learn about eating triggers, create new goals and work on understanding and being kind to your body by reframing negative self-talk and negative self-image

WEEK 3 – we learn how to set new behaviours, how to be kind and gain some great advice for supporting these new habits in the early days as they become longer term

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be over 18
  • Have an open mind and be willing to embrace the process – this is not a quick fix solution and will need full engagement
  • Access to a food logging app or a note book
